1.2 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase. In such cases, we will notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order.

1.3 Change Product: In the event that a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the courier charges for both the original delivery and the return shipment.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing: All prices for products listed on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc.. Otherwise you can opt for “Cash On Delivery” method where you have to pay product’s charges on delivery, before that you have to pay “Order confirmation Charges” of ₹99.

2.3 Order Confirmation Charge: For all of your COD orders you have to pay one charge of ₹99 where we provide you one agent to assist you from your product selection to your product get delivered. For your kind information this additional charge is non-refundable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and other factors beyond our control.

3.2 Delivery: Risk of loss and title for products purchased from UPSC Nagar pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy: Products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content on UPSC Nagar, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is not the property of UPSC Nagar.
