How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@upscnagar.com or via WhatsApp.
Step 2: Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong product.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.
Step 4: Ship the product back (we'll arrange pickup for eligible cases).
Step 5: Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Online payments: Refunded to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Bank details will be collected.
• Partial refunds: May be issued if only part of the order is returned.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products subject to availability. Contact our support team to check if an exchange is possible for your product.
