• All products listed on UPSC Nagar are authentic study materials sourced from coaching institutes and publishers. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price. • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). • COD orders require an advance booking payment as specified at checkout. The remaining amount is collected at the time of delivery. • We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). • Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. • Free delivery is available on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products. • To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
